Rolling Without a Rim at Full Speed on Freeway

Info from Licensor: The car was missing a rim. The driver then decided to get onto the freeway despite his car missing a front tire. As the car got on the freeway the rim started throwing sparks all over the place. Near the freeway are flammable hills of dry grass. The sparks eventually stopped but the driver drove with the car in this condition.
