Sitting in a jail cell in 2007, Ian Barnett heard the voice of the Holy Spirit tell him to pick up a Bible. As he read the scriptures, Ian gave his life to Christ. His radical conversion transformed his love for hip-hop into a powerful tool for presenting the Gospel.

Based out of Abilene, Texas, Ian writes and produces CHH under the artist name ASAP Preach.

On fire for Christ, he travels the country, performing, preaching, and sharing the hope that he has found in the Gospel of Christ. He also owns and operates an independent production company—Lowlight Filmz and has collaborated with legendary CHH artists like Thi’sl, Reconcile, and Bryan Trejo.
