Honest to God...This low life WV RINO governor is pushing the big jab and a big WV "for vaccined only" lottery for using guilt and his dog. I believe his switching parties a few years ago was not sincere. This slob is as deep state democrat as you get. Any thinking person with half a brain should be able to hear his pitch to vaxx and know something is rotten in Denmark. He plays to the ignorant back-hill country folk living in the cities and mountains unaware of what is happening outside their Matrix filled worlds.
