Quick & easy Chinese egg fried rice

ingredients:

Rice 2 Cups
Chopped Carrots ½ cup
Chopped Bell pepper ¼ cup
Chopped Green onions ¼ cup
Chopped Green Chillies 1 tbsp.
Chopped Cabbage ½ cup
Chopped green onions ¼ cup
Eggs 2
Soya sauce 1 tbsp.
Salt 1 tbsp.
Black pepper 1 tbsp.
Chicken powder 1 tbsp.
Chinese salt 1 tbsp.
Oil as required

Instructions:
1. Take 2 cups rice and soak for 20 minutes.
2. In the meanwhile take a pan and add some oil. Add whisked eggs in hot oil. You can also
add pinch of food colour in eggs to give them extra yellow colour. (optional)
3. Now add ½ cup chopped carrots, 1 tbsp. green chillies, ¼ cup bell pepper, and ½ cup chopped cabbage and let them cook for 5 minutes.
4. Now add Chinese salt, salt, black pepper, soya sauce, chicken powder and mix it well.
5. Boil soaked rice and let them cool down for 10-15 minutes.
6. Add boiled rice in the vegetable mixture and mix well.
7. Finally add green onions and mix it well.
8. Serve with any gravy of your choice or just by itself.
