John C. Eastman is an American legal scholar and former professor of law and dean at the Chapman University School of Law. He served as law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, and is the founding director of the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, a public interest law firm affiliated with the conservative think tank Claremont Institute.

In this interview we discuss the 2020 election lawsuits, his memories of working for Justice Clarence Thomas, and his advice to President Trump and Vice-President Mike Pence during the events leading up to, and including, January 6th. We finish our discussion with his thoughts on possible Constitutional remedies in the event fraud is found to be conclusive after forensic audits are conducted.
