Info from Licensor: Finny is such a funny dog. Any chance he gets, he's into something. In this particular video, he was put inside as we were using a strong powerful washer and didn't want him to get hurt with the pressure...well he still found water to have fun while on the other side of the window! The longer we put it at the window, the more he thought he could GET the water.
