Every Week will begin with a Theme designed specifically for Our Group to Focus & reflect upon. The purpose is always to deeply feel into how the theme applies in Your Life and what’s coming up at this time. There is no right or wrong to feel but to be Free to explore and navigate what naturally arises for You! Spirit Inspires Us in Ways We don’t always recognize unless we slow down to Be Present Within.

As we open each session, I will guide You in Yoga, Breathwork, & Meditation to join our collective energies. Then, we will hold a Group Check-in to support one another.

We will have each other to hold in support, accountability, and integrity.

Ultimately, We’re here to witness not judge.
Encourage not discourage.
