RECIPE FOR RAVIOLI WITH MELTED CHICKEN AND CHEESE FILLING

INGREDIENTS:
- 250g chicken or turkey breast
- 5 portions of melted cheese "Vache qui rit" or other
- 1 shallot
- 1 egg
- 1 cc of salt
- 1 cc of pepper
