Texas is building the wall anyway

After a failed attempt of shutting down the patches in the border in Texas, the Texas supreme Court took it upon itself to use its funds from the state to finish what the Federal failed/neglected to do. Also we have a bit of me rambling about how much I hate liberal elites!!
