Letter to the Church of Ephesus: The 7 Churches of the Book of Revelation Part One

The 7 letters to the churches from the Book of Revelation have great prophetic significance to the church today. We have many things to understand about God's viewpoint on the Church and the errors that have been made throughout Church History. There are specific ages of Church History that correspond with each church. The Church of Ephesus represents the first age of the Church, the Apostolic age, or the time the 12 apostles were still alive. Jesus gives great credit for the work of the early church bringing the gospel to the known world in their lifetime but warns them that they had left their first love, their love of Jesus Himself, and replaced that with just working for Him.
