Tortoise Finds Greener Grass on Other Side of Gate

Info from Licensor: "I've been wondering how my side gate is always open about the same time each morning. Last Sunday morning, May 23, 2021, I found out what was going on. This was taken with my cell phone around 11:03 am in my yard. This tortoise comes from its burrow on my neighbor's property and grazes in my yard. It literally pushes the gate wide open. I guess it thinks the grass is greener over at my place. It finishes up by pooping here then heads back to its burrow."
