Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City starts new virus curbs

Vietnam's industrial northern province of Bac Giang allowed nine factories to re-open following virus closures on Monday (May 31), state media VTV reported, while the business hub of Ho Chi Minh City in the south began enforcing new social distancing measures to curb the spread of COVID-19. Maha Albadrawi reports.
