Store Cheese No-Ref 2+ Years!

I already showed you how to do the eggs (which last up to 1 year unrefrigerated), now you’ll know how to do cheese. If making this with homemade fresh cheese, wipe the cheese down with vinegar first and let it dry, then wax.
Cheese is already a “preserved” food, through the aging process. It is not refrigerated during this process. A little mold is no big deal. Just cut it off.
Honestly, we’ve come to rely waaaaaay too much on power/refrigeration. It’s a weakness and a problem. It’s nice to have a refrigerator, but be sure you know how to live without one, eating GOOD food. Survival shouldn’t have to be hunting lizards and chewing grass. No one wants to live like that. Survival is fun when you eat well. Just sayin.
**best results achieved if you can store the cheese below 60 degrees, it just keeps longer if it’s cooler**
