In this episode, we explore the claims of the Bible’s first verses and how they differ from every other explanation of the origins of the universe. From Genesis 1:1, we understand that God created the world out of nothing. In pagan origin myths, the world has always existed: the various gods rearranged the things that make up the world, but there was already something that existed, for them to rearrange. This difference helps us clarify what’s really going on when we speak with our unbelieving friends.

This episode features: Swimming Pools Full of Cream of Wheat, Magic and Esoteric Knowledge, the Cosmic Con-job of Eternity, Disney’s Aladdin, Columbo, the Revered Theologian Winston Churchill, and Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free Apologetics Cards.
