A Nebula is a cloud of dust and debris left when a star goes supernova , when the Thermal Pressure could no longer hold against the Gravitational pull and the star collapses into it's own gravity and explode and spits out a range of matter particles and when light passes through these clouds different range of frequency light is scattered of those particles.
