Sweet and moist banana castella, very simple without oven
♣ Material
- 90g of banana
- 100g cake flour
- 4 eggs
- 25g cooking oil
- 30g + 50g sugar
- 2g salt
- 4-5 drops of vanilla extract (can be omitted)
♧ TIP
1. When mixing the meringue and banana batter, make sure to mix them as carefully as possible to keep them foamy.
2. You can whisk the meringue without whipping machine, but it may take a long time.
3. Bread flour can also be used, but the texture is not good.
(All-purpose flour is fine.)
4. If there is no steaming function(multi cook function), you can cook twice (20 minutes each).
5. In the oven, it takes about 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius.
