President Joe Biden's releasing the budget on the Friday evening before Memorial Day weekend means the administration isn't keen on discussing the budget deficit, says Vance Ginn.

Ginn is a former associate director at the Office of Management and Budget. He's now with the Texas Public Policy Foundation. NTD spoke with him about his thoughts on the proposal.
