A cy-bug that fell into the swamp had reproduced a mass swarm of its brethren and now it's up to us to fight them and save Sugar Rush. Also, it looks like Darkness has this sick pleasure of manipulating emotions and pitting friends against each other, like what it's doing to Lauriam. It also doesn't fully understand people and has apparently has a different logic from them, it seems.
