FedEx Fail 02/21/2021

I was expecting a delivery yesterday, not today. Also, I was expecting it to be handled with some care, not tossed around and damaged. Thanks FedEx!

I heard this package hit my front step. How you ask? Well, I had dozed off and the impact was loud enough to wake me up. I retrieved the package not a minute after the truck departed, and I could see the marks in the light layer of snow from both the initial impact and then where the package bounced. I'm so thrilled that FedEx has yet again taken the care with my package delivery that they were paid for. Incidentally, its that same 'care' over the last year and some months that has prompted me to install a camera and start uploading these failures.
