2 ripe bananas⁣
2 eggs⁣
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract⁣
½ cup of quick-cook oats (70 g) ⁣
½ cup of blueberry (50 g) ⁣

1. Knead the bananas in a large bowl until they resemble a thick puree. Add the eggs and vanilla and add the oats. Fold the blueberries carefully. ”
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a ladle of the pancake batter. Smooth to form an even layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until you start to see bubbles coming out of the top of the dough. ⁣
