In a bold move. the city of Lebanon, Ohio, has moved to completely ban abortion. The vote has move to impose a penalty of 6 months in prison and a $1000 fine for the offense. While this is largely a token step, as one can simply go one town over to commit the heinous act, this is a good step in the right direction.
