LEE COUNTY, Fla.– Lee County deputies arrested Jose Davila Cruz after an employee at the Zoom Thru Convenience Store said he threatened her with a knife.
The victim said he walked up to the shop and asked if he could cash a check. The employee told him they couldn’t do that inside the store.
After walking away for a brief moment, the victim said Davila Cruz barged inside and pulled out a knife.
The employee said he demanded money and store items as he followed behind her with a knife.
