CSGO FPS performance in 2021 with Nvidia GTX 970 graphics card and Intel i5-8500 (8th generation) processor in 1080p, 720p, 1280x1024 and 1024x768 resolutions. All resolutions tested with low and high settings on official deathmatch servers which is a sufficient load in my opinion. Competetive mode would most likely give better results since your PC wouldn't have to handle so many connections from other players. Bear in mind that software running in the background e.g. FPS tracking software and recording software affect the final FPS result.

Other settings used while recording:
FXAA was not used in this video since it does not work at all.
fps_max variable was set to 400 and 450 where applicable (yes it does affect FPS)
Launch options used: -novid -nojoy -high
Steam overlay: ON (turning it OFF adds FPS)
