What viruses really are

Once you realise the fallacy of Germ Theory, this will make a lot more sense. It will also help explain to you why you can come down with a virus even when around nobody else. Think about that... If you "caught" viruses, why are you able to "catch" a virus from nowhere, coincidentally when you're run down, stressed, lacking sleep, eating poorly, lacking fresh air, lacking sunshine and lacking physical movement?
