The Day of The Lord, The 2nd Coming, The Rapture of the Church

The Phrase, the Day of The Lord is used in different ways throughout the Bible. Sometimes it is a Day of Judgement, sometimes it is referring to the 2nd Coming, sometimes to the first phase of the 2nd Coming, referred to as the Rapture of the Church. Jesus teaching the wise are looking for His return, the foolish are not. The Bride that is watching takes an abundant supply of oil, the foolish, just enough to get by. The Wise are prepared when the announcement that the Groom is coming, those not prepared, are not where they are expected to be. When the door is shut, those not prepared, are not allowed to enter.
