Lifestyles Of The Rich And The Famous Egyptian Style

What is it that drives young people around the world? What do they like, want and how do they live? Those questions triggered photographer Zaza Bertrand to travel the world capturing the lifestyles of her generation. Zaza has travelled the globe from Japan to Panama to do this.

Her latest series Dreamland focuses upon the urban gated communities of Egypt’s upper class young females. The project captures the lives of these wealthy girls, who exist inside a fairytale or a bubble excluded from society. The images Zaza captures highlight the surreal lifestyles of this group and yet echo the behaviours of young people living all around the world. Check out the interview with Zaza here.
