HELP PLEASE ! Whats Wrong With My Budgie

This video was taken about 10 minutes before my budgie died. When this was taken, I had no idea he was going to pass away a few minutes later. Firstly I thought he was just sleepy or sick, but I was wrong. His body was starting to stop working and later he was growing weary in the video. This instance occurred late night @ 2 a.m. If this had been little earlier / later, I could have taken him to an avian vet or something. I also have NO IDEA why he died so suddenly, he seemed perfectly healthy by 12 O’ Clock.
Can someone help me? This left me shocked and devastated as I heard budgies could for at least 8 years if healthy. After he died, he wasn't fluffy or fat anymore.

: A lot of you have may say that i'm a horrible person by taping my bird dying. Please keep in mind that I did NOT know beforehand and I thought he was just sick. Right after the video, I put him back inside his cage and gave him some time alone. A few minutes later when I checked on him again, he was lying on the bottom of the cage. I am not trying to purposely exploit his death with this video. This is just to get knowledge from any expert out here so that every one with the same problem finds a remedy to recover their budgies and avoid losses of the cute little souls.
