First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful medium-full bodied smoke showing flavors of a zesty peppery spicy wood with a hint of bread and leather followed by a long full finish. The first third burns perfectly holding the near full body with notes going to a yeasty bread and almond combo on the draw followed by the building pepper and cayenne spice through the long finish. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes dropping a solid ash and no changes. Ending at 1:20 the last third showed no changes to the nub.
