US Special Forces and NATO Are Training for an All Out War With Russia While Trying to Instigate One

The only reason why you train for war with a particular enemy is because you believe war is more than likely with them or inevitable. If you are doing it right along their border, odds are, you are trying to instigate them into making the first move so you can cry victim. Which is exactly what the United States and NATO did recently during joint exercises along the Russian border.
