Hey Everybody!

Tim Larkin here. One of the most popular questions I get is about using BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) for self-defense. This is a four-part series on the subject.

Today we’re continuing an interview with a subject matter expert, my friend, Robert Drysdale. He trained down in Brazil and is the most successful American Grappler to ever compete in Brazil, winning two World Championships. He's highly accomplished, and the author of "Opening Closed-Guard: The Origins of Jiu-Jitsu in Brazil: The Story Behind the Film". If you haven't seen Part One, check it out first. The link is below.

In Part Two of the interview, we will be going more in-depth on self-defense using BJJ, the pros and cons, and why people gravitate towards BJJ.
