How to make upside-down banana cake with 1 egg/No Oven/如何不用烤箱做香蕉蛋糕

Ingredients:
*2 bananas
½ tbsp butter(grease the pan)
1 tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon powder

*1 egg
1/3 c sugar

*2 tbsp melted butter
½ c milk
1 tsp vanilla

*1 c cake flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions:
1. Slice the banana.
2. Grease the pan, sprinkle brown sugar on the pan, then sprinkle cinnamon
on top of the brown sugar.
3. Place the banana slices in the pan.
4. To make the batter, crack an egg, add sugar, and stir. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla and stir well. Add baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder to the flour and sift together into the egg mixture. Stir well until there are no lumps.
5. Add the flour mixture to the banana slices and shake to even it out.
6. Cook on low heat for around 20 minutes.
7. Turn it over to cook the other side for 8-10 minutes.

1½小茶匙發酵粉
½小茶匙鹽
½小茶匙肉桂粉

作法:
1.切香蕉。
2.給平底鍋上油,在平底鍋上撒上黑糖,然後在黑糖上撒上肉桂粉。
3.將香蕉放進鍋中。
4.製作麵糊。打一個雞蛋,加糖,然後攪拌。加入融化的奶油,牛奶和香草,攪拌均勻。
在麵粉中加入泡達粉,鹽和肉桂粉,然後過篩在蛋液混合物中。攪拌好,直到沒有結塊。
5.將麵粉混合物倒入香蕉中並均勻搖勻。
6.小火煮約20分鐘。
7.翻過來煮另一面。煮約8-10分鐘。
