Sweet & Spicy Pork Tenderloin
1 Pkg Pork Tenderloin (2 pcs)
Olive Oil
Rub:
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cumin
Glaze:
3/4 C Brown Sugar
3 - 4 Cloves Garlic - minced
1 Tbsp Sriracha
Preheat oven safe skillet in a 350 oven.
Rub olive oil onto the tenderloins. Rub the spice mixture comoletely over pork.
Once oven reaches temp. Remove skillet, drizze with olive oil. Place the tenderloin in the pan and sear 3 - 4 minutes on each side.
In a small bowl mix the brown sugar, garlic & sriracha. Spread onto pork.
Place back into oven and cook 20 - 25 minutes or until pork reaches iinternal temp between 140 -145.
