My birthday was in May and in celebration I created this Birthday cake drawing. In this video I'm going to watercolor it. For the tutorial I'm using watercolor paints as well as a gel pen and black technical pen. This is a real-time tutorial where you can join me as you do your own piece. _Glass of Water

_ Watercolor Paper – I use Canson XL 140lb / 300g
_ Watercolor Brushes – Round – 1 Small & 1 Medium
_ Black Technical Pen – Fine Tip - I use the Faber-Castel Pitt Pen - Small
_ Uni-Ball UM 153 Signo Broad Point Gel Pen

Watercolors Colors Used:

Use What You Have. For best results, use professional grade watercolors. I Used the below watercolors for this watercolor tutorial.

1. White Knights / St. Petersburg Watercolor Paints – Golden, Turquoise Blue and Quinacridone Lilac
