Vertx Commuter Sling vs Hazard 4 Sidewinder - Making the Best EDC Sling Bag

This is a look at the Vertx Commuter sling pack and the Hazard 4 Sidewinder sling pack. This isn't so much a review, but rather a look at the best features of each bag, to figure out how, in theory, those best features can be combined to make the "best of both" sling pack for EDC use. I really like sling style bags for everyday carry, and these are two packs that I have used quite a bit. My wife really like the Sidewinder as well, and when I started using the Commuter sling, she took the Sidewinder and used it for her work bag and day pack, and even hauled it on some international flights. I have used both of these bags on my motorcycle and bicycling as well.Show more

Both of these are great bags, and while I have loved using them over the years, would love to take a few features from each of these packs, and combines them into a "perfect" sling bag.
