When Noelle Relles of Syracuse heard Pfizer trials were underway to determine if children were safe to take the coronavirus vaccine, she quickly signed up her 4-year-old son Emmett for the vaccination and hopes to soon be able to vaccinate her 7 and 9-year-old daughters.
