For over 5 years, a twisted assailant stalked the streets of a particular region of England. Attacking targets of opportunity, his prey were mostly sex workers in the area. But when other, middle-class women fell victim to this monster, it was then, and only then, when the law enforcement investigation picked up steam enough to actually ensnare the killer known as “The Yorkshire Ripper.”
