Poisonous Spider Bite

Chasing down Benadryl now on a tiny island in the south of Thailand to fix my allergic reaction to an insect bite on my lips yesterday. (I think the culprit was a spider.)

The more examples we set for others in living authentically, real, and vulnerably...we will love and accept each other more for exactly who are we.

Comparing, criticizing, playing the game of superiority or allowing inferiority perpetuates hate around the world.

We are all human and not only is perfection non-existent, it's a pointless, false ideology that a many are slaves to; it doesn't have to be that way.

More real. Less fake.
