Steps:

1. Add water to the pressure canner and start boil..
2. Add Vinegar to the boiling water, 1/2 cup.
3. Precook ground meats. Then rinse with water before filling jars to remove excess fat. If using whole raw meat, trim off fat before filling the jar.
4. Pack the meat into the jars filling the jars to the shoulder (leave about an inch of headspace)
5. After filling jars add 1 tsp. salt and fill with hot water.
6. Use the something to release the air bubbles out of the jars after filling.
7. Wipe rim with vinegar using a clean cloth, then add lid and metal ring and tighten flinger tight.
8. Add to pressure canner and process according to your area location for pressure and cooking time.
