Unclutter – Start with Your Mind First

We all have too much. Things we bought and no longer use, articles long past their prime. It feels good when we make the effort to clean it all out. We need to do the same with our minds.

Instead of allowing old emotions, arguments, desires, and lost goals fester, we should clean them out.

Remember them and then consciously, through them away. The spirit Joanna DeAngelis, said we should consider our past mistakes and tribulations as arrows that were in our quiver, but now shot them out into the woods behind you, to never think of them again.

Rather, peer forward, establish new and worthy goals, consider all past experiences as learning opportunities that have placed you where you are now.
