Basundi is a rich and creamy dessert of thick milk. Check out this quick and easy recipe. Ingredients 250 ml Condensed Milk 4 cup Milk 1L Milk Saffron strands ½ tsp Cardamom Powder Method : Heat 250 ml condensed milk in microwave for 5 minutes. Add 4 cup milk to it and make its consistency even in a grinder. In a saucepan, boil 1 Itr milk. Pour the mixture and stir. Put saffron strands and ½ tsp Cardamom Powder. Reduce the milk for 10 minutes. - Cool it for 1 hour. Garnish with slices of dry fruits and serve
