Today I got the opportunity to talk to my teammate Rob Fry. Rob is a retired Navy Commander, who started out his career as an enlisted sailor. Rob’s early career was as a Navy Rescue swimmer. He became a limited duty officer in 2001. Rob was medically retired after 32 years due to TBI which we talked a lot about.
