Info from Licensor: "6-year-old Matix was having fun at Kaweah Lake when Tulare County Sheriff Officer cruised by and gave Matix the ok to squirt him. They turned around and gave him the chance to cool them off and then came back to the boat and gave stickers to all the kids."
