KODOAN ESKRIMA FUNDAMENTALS PT2

Part 2. Video quality ain't great and there's some file degradation but I figured some of you might find it useful.

Techniques are slowed down for clarity and learning. Eskrima should have a "flow" to it. Some parts of this video don't "flow" in order to highlight a particular aspect or concept.

At some point, I'll redo these videos with better audio and video but I hope the information in this video is still useful in it's "as is" state.
