City of Jackson seeks $6 million from Michigan to fund wastewater treatment plant upgrades

City of Jackson is looking to receive $6 million in state funds to make upgrades to its wastewater treatment plant. The plant was built in the 1930s and hasn't had upgrades to it since the 70s according to officials.
