The Arizona State Senate is threatening to issue subpoenas against the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors if they don’t provide passwords to the dominion voting machines.

In addition the audit team is seeking access to the machine's routers.
The board of directors held an emergency meeting to discuss the requested passwords and routers, but have yet to make a decision on whether or not they will provide them to the auditors.

Audit Director Ken Bennett said that if the board of directors do not have the passwords in their possession, then it could pose a problem with the way Arizona conducted their election.

"Well, if they don’t have the passwords to the administrative functions then it has to be Dominion which is very concerning to us that they don’t have complete control over their election systems. But maybe they’ll have an explanation for the Senate. And I think the Senate is equally concerned about that. Those drives that were subpoenaed so far have not been produced. So that will unfold over the next few days."
