Top cops, MEC meet after mass killings in Khayelitsha

Western Cape acting police commissioner Thembisile Phathekile, Safety and Security MEC Albert Fritz,General Jeremy Veary and Chris Nissen of Human Rights met at the Khayelitsha police station to discuss a way forward after 13 people were killed in Site B on Saturday.
