1 Stick of Butter
4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Onions, diced
1½ Cups Celery, diced
1½ Cups Bell Pepper, diced
1 Tbsp Garlic
4 Tbsp Fresh Sage, chopped
2 Tbsp s Fresh Thyme, chopped
2 Tbsp Fresh Italian Parsley, chopped
4 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
4 Eggs, scrambled
6 - 8 Cups Chicken Stock/Broth
3 Tbsp All Purpose Seasoning
Kosher Salt & Black Pepper to taste
