WRITTEN RECIPE OF.....
WHITE CHICKEN CURRY | SHAHI WHITE CHICKEN GRAVY | MILD CHICKEN RECIPE BY D.DHABA
1 kg chicken ( large pieces with bones)
Pepper powder (white) 2 tsp
Salt to taste ( 2 tsp )
Mix all the ingredients
Set aside 30 mins to marinate
Cashew nuts 12 nos.
Almonds (peeled) 12 nos.
Coarse grind
Water ( 4 tsp)
Grind again to make smooth paste
Fry (8 cloves) (3 cinnamon) ( 8cardamom) In Oil (4 tsp)
Black cardamom (2 nos.)
Mace flower (javitri) 1 nos.
Peppercorns 20 nos.
Give a stir in oil properly until get brown
Grated onions ( 2 medium)
Fry for 3 mins on medium heat
Ginger garlic paste ( 3tsp)
Fry again for 2 min on medium heat
Put marinated chicken into
Sear for 4 mins on high heat with chicken and then cook for 3 mins on medium heat, lower the heat
Put the curd/yoghurt (whisked)(5 tsp)
Green chilli (slit) 7 nos.
Again cook for 2-3 mins on low heat with to mix the yoghurt and green chilli
Cover up and let it cook for 15 mins on low heat
Now put almond-cashew paste (which we grind earlier)
Fresh cream (4 tsp)
Give a gentle mix everything on low heat
Then put water (150 ml)
Put salt as you taste ( a pinch)
Give a mix and cover up and cook for 10 mins on low heat
Kasuri methi ( roasted and powder ) 1 tsp
Put 1 tsp butter into and give a mix
Then cook again for 2 mins on low heat
Your WHITE CHICKEN CURRY IS READY TO SERVE OR EAT
