Patriot the restaurant
order any subject you want
Menu is the list of poems
chosen from selected tomes
Poet is the chef du jour
words cooked up, and out they pour
Reader is the patron diner
consuming poetry, nothing finer
Words are ingredients blended together
some are heavy or light as a feather
Ideas are recipes filed away
things are written every day
Paragraphs are the dishes complete
some are sad and some are sweet
Poems are the meal presented
a feast to read is now collected
Comments are desserts at the end
replies are answered, write and send
Reposts are the tip appreciated
hope your mind has well been satiated
