20210516 Individuality - The Daily Summation

Being an "outsider" can be tough at times.

On others though, it can definitely be advantageous.

Most folks have strong desires, to be part of some group or groups.

Where I SOMETIMES like that to be the case, it's not such a big deal to me as for so many others.

That's good because, ANY affiliation you take on, may cause you to become "kindred with" folks with whom you find yourself FUNDAMENTALLY DISAGREEING at some point along the way.

You may start in some association and be pretty happy with those with whom you're allied.

Over the course of time though, that may change in a MAJOR way.

I reference what's happened to the Democrat Party over the last fifty to seventy years.

John F. Kennedy WOULD PROBABLY NOT RECOGNIZE his "own party" by this point.

That's why today, I've chosen to talk about individuality on this edition of The Daily Summation from Kurt's Religion and Politics.

When I'm able to complete the companion article on the Kurt's Religion and Politics blog, I'll post a link to it here.
